At Lakeside Community Healthcare Physical and Sports Therapy, we combine our expertise in movement and pain management with our philosophy of compassion and respect. Our highly trained staff of physical therapists works with you to develop the best course of action for your recovery or rehabilitation, through evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of your disorder. They have advanced training in a variety of modalities to address your specific needs.

There are many conditions which will benefit greatly from the use of physical therapy, including:

Treatments may include – but are not limited to the following:

  • Manual soft tissue mobilization
  • Training and injury prevention
  • Exercise and stretching
  • Ultrasound and electrical stimulation
  • Mechanical cervical traction
  • Pilates and mat exercises
  • Wellness and group therapy programs


We accept most insurance plans including HMO, PPO, workers’ compensation, Medicare and Medi-Cal.
